  • 1 glass (200ml) of unsweetened milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Take 500 ml of milk and put it on the stove. After 5-10 min when the milk is boiled low the flames to as low as possible and with a spoon mix the milk continuously for another 10 min in low flame. After 10 min switches off the stove and keeps the milk to rest until it becomes lukewarm. Now it’s ready add the 1tsp of turmeric and the milk is ready to drink
